Article 1 - Contract Scope and Subject Matter:

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the executive regulations related to the principles and rules for executing remote sales contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of goods and services specified in this contract, the prices of which, characteristics, and features are specified in this contract, from electronic purchase orders executed by the Buyer through the website www.meritcosmetics.com owned by the Seller. The Buyer acknowledges and expresses awareness of the basic characteristics of the goods and services subject to this contract, their prices, payment method, delivery terms, and similar. The Buyer also acknowledges electronically and accepts to purchase these goods under the terms of the contract. The invoice and payment performance policy data available on the website constitute an integral part of this contract.

Article 2 - Contract Date:

This contract is approved by the Seller in advance and is prepared in duplicate. The Buyer signed it on [Please fill in the date], and a copy of it will be sent to the Buyer's email address.

Article 3 - Delivery of Goods or Services and Place of Fulfillment of the Contract and Delivery Method:

The goods or services ordered by the Buyer shall be delivered to the person/entity whose data is entered on the website.

Article 4 - Delivery Expenses and Payment:

Shipping expenses are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated by the Seller on the website. The goods will be shipped as soon as possible after the value of the service or goods is transferred to the Seller's account, under appropriate storage conditions. The Seller shall deliver the service or goods within (30) thirty days from the date of the order, and reserves the right to extend this period by (10) ten additional days upon written notice. The Seller is relieved of the responsibility of delivering the goods or service if their value is not paid or if the Buyer cancels the transfer process from their bank account restrictions.

Article 5 - Buyer's Statement and Commitments:

The Buyer inspects the service or goods at the contract location. If any defects or damages such as breakage, crushing, or tearing of the outer packaging are found in the goods or service, the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept them from the shipping company, as the goods are delivered to the shipping company free from defects and damages.

Article 6 - Seller's Statement and Commitments:

The Seller is responsible for delivering the service and goods at the contract location free from defects and deficiencies, with the user manual and warranty cards if available, and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order.

Article 7 - Characteristics and Specifications of the Service or Goods at the Contract Location:

The type, quantity, brand, version, and color of the service or goods, as well as the selling price and all taxes, are an integral part of this contract, as stated in the invoice and in the data provided on the product and service description page on the website www.meritcosmetics.com.

Article 8 - Cash Price of the Service or Goods:

The cash selling price of the service or goods is specified in the "Invoice Template" sent via email after the order and in the content of the invoice sent to the Buyer with the goods.

This contract is prepared in two copies, one for the Seller and one for the Buyer, and has been agreed upon as the original.
