Anhydrous citric acid, lemon flavor, orange flavor, saccharine, sodium cyclamate, Orange Yellow S, fructose.
Directions
Granulated Hepa Merz is used to treat latent or manifest hepatic encephalopathy in patients with insufficient liver
detoxification activity (eg in liver cirrhosis) and their complications.
Administration method
The contents of 1 - 2 envelopes of granulated Hepa-Merz will be dissolved in a sufficient amount of liquid (for
example a glass of water, tea or juice) and the solution obtained will be administered orally up to 3 times / day.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to L-ornithine-L-aspartate or to any of the excipients.
- Severe renal impairment (a creatinine plasma concentration of 3 mg / 100 ml can be considered as a reference
value).
- Patients with rare hereditary conditions such as fructose intolerance, glucose malabsorption - galactose or
sucrose deficiency - isomaltase should not be given granulated Hepa-Merz.
The administration of this medicine in children is not indicated.
